Where Beauty Lies was recorded in the REM studios under Belmont University. These are still some of my favorite songs I’ve written. They were mostly written my sophomore year of college, and the themes really reflect what I was feeling then: college crushes, worthiness, experiencing the odd feeling of home somewhere I wasn’t raised, etc. These are all stripped down/acoustic sessions.
